The U.S. Senate's public works committee last week gave a thumbs up to proposed legislation that would authorize $15 billion over five years to states to fund loans to upgrade drinking water for the 85 percent of Americans that rely on public water suppliers. Join us for a rebroadcast of our interview with Steve Heare, EPA’s Director of Drinking Water Protection.
