A lot of people ask me why should they have a morning practice or meditate? My question is, why don't you? Having a morning practice is the hardest thing a person can do. There are as many reasons not to do it as people not doing it. It is about you sitting in a quiet room with yourself and looking at who, what and why you are. Some people can't do that, won't do that. But ask yourself why and listen for the answer that you have without flowering it up or editing it. Then look at that answer. Really look at it.
