When the heart thread is open the communication will be clearer.  Some of you, including myself have experienced those moments when we are so lined up with Source that we have tears that just flow.  The Loving Energy that flows when that thread is open, is so purifying in its relief. 
Take small steps toward opening this passage way.  Be easy about the process.  Start by just stopping from time to time to decide what your Emotions are in the moment.  Do you FEEL good or bad?  Happy or sad?  Take out your Emotional Guidance Scale and intentionally and deliberately look to see where you are.
The emotions you are having will be your guidance to which direction your thoughts are going.  Good FEELINGS=good thoughts.  Not so good thoughts=not so good FEELINGS.  Begin to build a trust in this correlation.  It is critical to pulling everything together.  You will not need to monitor your thoughts, just your emotions.  Become aware of when you are not Happy.  If you are not in a good FEELING place right now, you make it your intention to find some happy thoughts.  Right now.  Not later after you have your hate fest with someone.  Make more decisions in your day to have good FEELING thoughts.  Get one that gets you everytime and keep it close to pull you back around when you notice you are not in a good place.  Find one now that puts a smile on your face.  A place, a child, a flower, a person, the sunset, what warms your heart everytime and go there when you notice less than happy FEELINGS.
