We have been talking about giving yourself a timeout in the morning and the benefits of that. 

But what if you are not doing that?  Well if you are not deliberately giving yourself a timeout, your mind will make the time and it will usually be at bedtime.  So if you are laying there tossing and turning............GET UP!!  Now is the time to sit and journal what is on your mind.  Your not sleeping anyway so why not get it over with. 

We all have addictive personalities it is the condition of being physical.  Your mind is a focusing mechanism and if not used deliberately it will fixate on anything and then, well, we have seen where we can go with that.

Let me elaborate.  Sorry for the poor sound quality and if you want to cut to the chase start the listening at 12:00.  Just sayin.
