Everything holds a vibration for you.  Look at anything you have in your life and feel what it feels like.  I played today with the exampe of clothes.  Most of us have clothes that we hold onto for one reason or another.  You know those pieces.  You aren't wearing them but you will not let them go either.  The reason you won't let them go has a vibration.  How does it feel to you?  Does it make you happy to look at that article of clothing or does it get you fearful, angry, frustrated?  What is the thought you are holding that is causing that vibration?

Time to let it go.  The thought and the clothing.  Quit holding on to things that elicit from you a vibration that is not of a good feeling nature. 

In order to feel, you have to be in your now moment.  If you can practice yourself into that space of now, you can begin to take guidance, spiritual nudging,etc to move in a certain direction.  That is the time to act.
