Happy Spring Morning!!!

Today I talk about taking time for you.  Not a day off from work or the family.  10-20 each morning.  You time.  Quiet time.  Learning to stop and connect.  It is the best thing you can do for yourself and your Self.  Teachers do it.  Their unions have figured into their schedules a day away from the students to figure out what they are supposed to be doing.  What about you?? 

First it is good for your health to meditate.  Secondly, it is good for your own peace of mind.  Thirdly, it is a great way to connect with your Soul, Source, God.
