The reason I decided to become a coach was because I'd had a migraine for a decade and believed it was work related. I hired a coach to help me come up with an exit plan. That man did not seem to have a migraine. So, I wanted what he had - a life without debilitating headaches.
To be honest, that wasn't reason enough.
Since then my list of "why's" has grown a lot. I tend to think my success has grown proportionately. Maybe my list has grown because of the ways I've found success. Chicken or the egg???
