the War on Terror

If we stop breathing, we'll die, if you stop fighting, the world will die. (Casablanca) Wars have been part and parcel of human existence since human existence. Yet the sages tell us that peace shall come. We all want peace, yet we prepare for war. When will we have peace from terror? How long is too long to be in Afganistan? What does Al Queda want? It it possible to avoid war? Let's talk about it. This is a time we as a Republic celebrate peace on Earth. Now is the time to talk about war and the people who are fighting so the world wll not die.
