Gullah/Geechee Archival April: Crakin e Teet Bout We Storee

Queen Quet, Chieftess of the Gullah/Geechee Nation is the host of "Gullah/Geechee Riddim Radio" on behalf of the Gullah/Geechee Sea Island Coalition www.gullahgeechee.net.  On this final edition celebrating "Archival April," Queen Quet will focus on key events that have happened in the history of the Gullah/Geechee Nation which are not often taught in schools.   From Gullah/Geechees to Seminoles and from slavery to nationhood, this will be a show that summarizes the major turning points that took place on the Sea Islands and the surrounding region which is now the Gullah/Geechee Nation.  Tune in for the stories of freedom, human rights, and cultural continuation.  Disya da we show-Gullah/Geechee Riddim Radio!
