    today we want to explore the possibilities of blogtalkradio. could the format be used to compliment the activities of existing community radio stations? is there sufficient bandwidth for VoIP, or should we simply resign ourselves to the relative antiquity of web v1.0? could telecentre networks such as the ICTA Nenasala's in Sri Lanka use this service to dial in to an online VoIP and chat interactive radio program covering issues of concern to them?
