It is with great pleasure that I welcome back to the show, Shannon Trainor, Executive Director at Crossroads, a treatment facility that provides gender-responsive addiction treatment to individuals and their families.

Shannon is back with us to discuss the opening of Maine's premier recovery center for women - The Back Cove Treatment Center.

Shannon Trainor, LCSW, CCS, Executive Director

Shannon Trainor joined Crossroads in 2009 as clinical director and was promoted to executive director in October of 2013. In this role, Shannon oversees the administrative and programmatic functions of the agency in its entirety. Shannon has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues and has worked as a clinical director in both outpatient and residential facilities prior to joining Crossroads
