We’re proud to announce that we’ll be hosting our first debate on The Razor Swift. This debate on the age of the earth, is on occasion disputed amongst Christians. Some believers take the six days of creation in Genesis one, as six literal twenty four hour days, while others understand these days to be long periods of time. Some of the Old Earth Creationists (OEC) have accused the Young Earth Creationists (YEC) as ignoring science, while some YECs have claimed that the OECs are not taking scripture seriously. Can one believe both the Bible and science on the age of the earth, are they in harmony? Or, does mainstream science get it wrong because of presumptions and bias? Representing the Young Earth position will be Jay Wile and Chad Miller will be defending the Old Earth position.
