BLADE RUNNER 2049 more deeply explores the philosophical / totemic elements of Phillip K. Dick's sci fi universe far greater than other films such as TOTAL RECALL, MINORITY REPORT, THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE and even Scott's original BLADE RUNNER.
