About Water Damage: After a turbulent childhood, American student, Liv Edlen, lands a place at the presigious Bath Academy of Arts in England.  It's 1976.  It is an ere when creative working class kids mingle with bohemian aristocrats, art seems revolutionary, and culture clashes prove inevitable.  Liv meets a wealthy, older, married man with a penchant for collecting art and people.  She soon finds herself entangled in his web of deceit but it is unclear who is using whom.  Along with her adventurous best friend, Una Arnold, Liv struggles to maintain her moorings in the rain-soaked city upon the River Avon.
