Richard Carroll: Green for AR 39th House

Richard, a life long Arkansan and 30 year veteran Boilmaker Union member, is running for State House District 39 with the Green Party. He faces a write-in candidate, and may face a Democrat on the ballot as well. Although the Democratic Party has passed a rule change to keep their candidate off the ballot, he may file a law suit to remain on the ballot. The Democratic Party candidate resigned his seat as part of a plea bargain in a sexual assault case involving a 17 year old girl.
