We all try to be successes in life. Not only for ourselves but for our families as well. Malcolm Baptiste was that success. In fact both professionally and financially. But in 1998, life as he knew it came to an end.
It was not the economy or a death or injury. It was drugs. In fact in less than two years, he had spent over $200,000 on drugs. He became jobless, homeless, broke and hopeless. He would try to stop for years, only to relapse. He finally heard the words that would give him the keys to a freedom he had not known before. He began to journal to sort through the feelings and his behaviors. He has a story to tell to help motivate other people.
