Ute Arnold, MFA, founded and has been directing the non-profit Unergi School of Body-Psychotherapy since 1993. She is a visual artist, holistic Body-Psychotherapist and author of Healing, not Fixing with Unergi Body-Psychotherapy: A Self-Healing Journey with Body, Art & Nature.

Ute is a certified Gestalt Therapist and Alexander Teacher, who includes Art Therapy and the Healing Forces of Nature in her workshops and trainings, which have been conducted for centers in Germany, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Scandinavia, Canada and the United States. Her holistic therapy modality Unergi (unity and energy) includes healing touch, body dialogue, and psychophysical micro-movement to restore and guide an individual’s sensing, thinking, and responding into harmonious balance. Unergi is a journey toward finding the memory of wholeness that is our birthright. It is also about rediscovering the body that most of us, at best only know the basic mechanics of, and at worst barely live in.

Unergi is about learning that we really are beautiful, that we really are whole, knowledge that has somehow been lost along the way.
