    Looks like to me the City of Racine is picking a fight with those who like the idea of Urban Gardens/Farmers Markets. Why cant The City write an ordnance that simple folk understand who are interested in Composting? Why is it that IMHO Farmers Markets are under attack? Earlier in the year I was so hopeful about the food movement. What happened? My thoughts. Why is Milwaukee doing such a better job
