Why People perceive things differently

Human entity uses a brain to think, communicate and animate. To have orderly and safe actions they must prevent certain conflicts which would result in war. Thinking comes out from the head where the brain is. There are energies in the cerebral cortex which allows people to decide what is appropriate when they are conscious and sober, able to exercise acts of relevance, and they secure safety of motions.
