Most people have some conditions or challenges they regard as adverse and will like to change. The forms through which these challenges manifest vary greatly. For one, it might be in the form of financial distress. For another, it manifests as relationship, health or emotional distress. In all circumstances, the aspiration is to alter the forms through which the challenges manifest. But what is the best way of dealing with the challenges in our lives?
