Yes I would like to give you me some tips on how to meditate, the best thing is to sit on a straight-backed chair with a relaxed mind and body if you can have a candle lit close by, and after a short prayer of thanks offered to the divine close your eyes and relax to the beat of your breathing, ignore any thoughts that come drifting in just try to be a bystander, a observer of your thoughts, your thoughts are there to try to distract you, for it is your ego that is putting these thoughts there trying to take your attention away from what you desire deep down which is God - realisation. Practice this twice a day once in the morning once in the evening, the evening one is best just before you go to bed, for you are going to bed thinking about God realisation. Practice makes perfect, I guarantee if you continue with this you will see a remarkable change in your meditation. If this has helped you then please taken it on board if it hasn't then just dismiss it, for there is much more to meditation, this is just one of the first steps.
