Yes I would like to give you me some tips on how to meditate, the best thing is to sit on a straight-backed chair with a relaxed mind and body if you can have a candle lit close by, and after a short prayer of thanks offered to the divine close your eyes and relax to the beat of your breathing, ignore any thoughts that come drifting in just try to be a bystander, a observer of your thoughts, your thoughts are there to try to distract you, for it is your ego that is putting these thoughts there trying to take your attention away from what you desire deep down which is God - realisation. Practice this twice a day once in the morning once in the evening, the evening one is best just before you go to bed, for you are going to bed thinking about God realisation. Practice makes perfect, I guarantee if you continue with this you will see a remarkable change in your meditation. If this has helped you then please taken it on board if it hasn't then just dismiss it, for there is much more to meditation, this is just one of the first steps. TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK. The Picture Above was a Vision/Dream I had a few months ago. I’m standing in a room it’s dark around the sides, even though I can’t see the sides or the roof and the only light that was emanating from the room was coming from the middle, like a ball of light. I walked closer to the light when a man came into view he was sitting in a chair in the light . I stopped 5 feet in front of him and just looked at him, he said nothing to me…then out of nowhere a screen came into view in front of him. It was see-through then he pointed to the screen and One’s and Zero’s came onto the screen. He still said nothing to me he just kept pointing at the screen and looking at me…As if he was telling me something, But what I don’t know. Then the room went dark and I woke up. So here it is. More art work coming soon.

Animal Orbs are they real Saturday evening my cat Nova Black was acting weird she was looking down the hallway I decided to get my camera out and take a few pictures of her laying on the floor, I took the first one and saw a white bright light on the top of her head so I took another one to see if it shows up in the second one and it didn’t. I didn’t use a flash . Under the bright orb you can see an eye…the thing is, I didn’t take any picture of her facing the camera so it’s not her eye under the bright light…so I need your input on what it could be. It’s funny how the bright light is on her crown chakra. DO CATS HAVE CROWN CHAKRAS? You may copy these pictures to your computers so you can look at them in detail. Or I can send you the originals.
