I am planning to interview Ms. Lisa Summers, author of "The Complete Home Body Wrap Guide" about body wraps, especially Slimming Body Wraps.

There is a lot of misinformation floating around the internet about Slimming Wraps and their effectiveness, especially for weight loss.  With Lisa's expertise and background in the subject I believe we can get some real answers.

In her e-book Lisa stresses using the proper ingredients to formulate the perfect Body Wrap for your skin and body needs.  For example many body wraps include the use of a clay such as red or green clay, the same clay often used in facial treatments.   She tells how to choose the correct clay for your particular needs depending upon your skin condition at the time of you body wrap.  While conditioning your skin, these same clays are also aiding the body in getting rid of toxins and adding minerals to the skin.

In addition to the clays there are many herbs to choose from which also aid in detoxification, cleansing and skin treatment.  Add to this different minerals, oils and moisturizers and you end up with a dizzying array of choices for the correct body wrap for you.
