Keith Grossman is an attorney and Family and Circuit (pending) mediator certified by the Supreme Court of Florida. He focuses his law practice on divorce and family law matters, emphasising on alternatives to litigation such as mediation and Collaborative Law. He is also licensed to practice law in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

He provides conflict management advice and solutions to businesses lecturing and facilitated training programs and has written articles on conflict management topics and the blog ResolvingConflictsNow He has conducted investigations on behalf of the Florida Bar and the Family Law Court. He has provided services as a hearing officer and arbitrator.

He graduated from the University of Florida with a law degree as well as a Bach. of Sci. in Journalism. He was a Case Manager for the Family Law Judges and assisted in supervising the Family Law Resource Center, which is a division of Court Administration.

He is a member of the Florida Bar, Dispute Resolution Center of Florida, Lee County Bar Association, Cape Coral Bar Association, International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Collaborative Professionals of Southwest Florida, Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Association of Family Law Professionals, and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Past President of the Lee County Bar Association. He is a former chair of the LCBA Pro Bono Committee and the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee, member of Calusa Chapter of the American Inns of Court. For many years, He has participated in speaking with children in the local schools about the court system and the duties of an attorney. In addition to being a trial attorney since 1991, He has worked as an adjunct college professor and professional speaker.
