We are wrapping up our offshore season with the Thresher Shark or sometimes called mackerel sharks . This unique shark is always an eye catcher; it's long whipping tail has the ability to severely injure divers. Threshers use their brilliant tail to corral, stun and even kill their prey. Baring up to 6, 5 foot pups a year this sharks population have been decreasing as it has over fished.
We will find out where this beautiful shark resides, what they eat as well as which one of our captains have caught, researched or target them.
Bring some rum and get ready to jot down some information as our captains will also tell you what will be happening over the next couple of months and where they will be.
