Cheryl Collins, Founder of Women Entrepreneurs Worldwide, is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, educated in the public school system, a graduate of the Philadelphia Paralegal Institute, Certified Litigation Paralegal, and a speaker, both international and domestic, and consultant.
