Hi Amy, listened to you and Cindi talk about the frazzled female. So many really good practical points shared with us. To list a few like the sacred balance and too much of anything, even if it's a good thing; the state of depression that affects many women and how they can be helped. That's a dark place I'm seeing more and more that women go through. Just hearing her would help a lot of women find relief and freedom. To hear you talk about that PTA mtg. and the balancer you have in your life
