He is able to keep you from falling.

Situation .. you did not know whether you were going to make it out...

Looking unto Jesus the Author and finisher of our faith.

Know that if you fall, you can get up... God is able to keep you...

Let us run the race  that is set before us.
Grace for the race...

For the joy that was set before him.. he endured 

the pain.

Consider him .. lest you shuold faint.
