Dr. Chaplain Roxanne Parks known as Pastor Roxie, or the little preacher woman is a converted ;born again, consecrated Christian who is an ordained and licensed minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ; who has been in ministry for over thirty years. She functions in all five-fold leadership gifts Ephesians 4:11.12 preaching, teaching the word of God with a practical application of how to walk in your kingdom inheritance . While living oversea in Portugal she helped to start a church in a rock cave in one of the small villages, on Terceria Island in the Azores, during her evangelistic years she networked and supported many of the women pastors/ministers in the bay area.
