When you sign working papers acquired by pretty much every employer that you apply to. You are waving your rights as a (Natural Person) protected under the constitution in agreeing to represent a (Artificial Person) who is not protected under the constitution. It’s difficult to avoid because, if you do not sign these documents waving your rights you wont get the job.
