Secret Life of the Empath

Suffering in silence is all to common a theme for empaths. Most empaths have never heard of the word "empath" and if they did, they do not understand the fullness of what it means. Yet it is something that plagues them all of their lives so long as they live in ignorance. Many of us have empathic abilities while others are truly an Empath. We cry tears that are not ours, we suffer the same pain as those around us whether it is physical, mental, or emotional. We worry about our bodies being possessed by real entities. We are telepathic, hearing so many thoughts that we don't like leaving home. Other times, we use our gift to help others by absorbing their discomfort, disease, or pain. Do you remember that movie called "The Green Mile"? The character with the healing abilities was a true Empath. Those powers and abilities are real. Now, we will talk about this to raise the awareness and connect to other empaths alike. We don't have to live in pain or fear anymore because there are tools to help us.
