Call in to speak with the host
Naveena Shine is a worldly woman. An educated woman. And a spiritual one, too.
Her sense of adventure has propelled her around the world. She hitch-hiked from her home in England to Istanbul and then used an assortment of transportation modalities to go as far as India through Syria, Iraq, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Pakistan. Her return home was via Afghanistan, Iran and Europe. In her journey through life, she earned an Honors Degree in Psychology from Liverpool University. She taught in Tanzania and in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Not adverse to “mind over matter” challenges, she’s walked barefoot on the hottest fire in the world and now, at 65 years old, she’s conducting an experiment titled "Living on Light."
"Breatharians" believe that humans can live on light instead of consuming food and liquids. Some Indian yogis have claimed that they have not eaten for decades.
The idea of humans being able to subsist on “light’ instead of food and drink is one that few believe is possible. Naveena has decided to put the idea to a test. She'll share her spiritual insights and how her experiment is going in this episode of Dimensions in Belief. For more information, please visit GodDiscussion.net.
