Religious Discrimination in Child Custody Case, Plus Christmas Mythology

Craig Scarberry lost custody of his three children who he had shared on a 50/50 basis with his ex-wife since 2007. The reason? He's no longer a Christian. He's agnostic.



Craig will join us to talk about the case, which many laypeople and attorneys view as unconstitutional. Weighing in on this controversial issue will be Stuart Showalter, Executive Director of Indiana Custodial Rights Advocates.

Exploring Christmas Mythology ... In the second half of the show, Joe Zamecki, Texas State Director of American Atheists, will discuss the controversial billboard that his organization placed on the New Jersey side of the Lincoln Tunnel which proclaims, "You KNOW It's a Myth. This Season, Celebrate Reason."
