Science, Reason and Superstitious Thinking: Dr. Liz Cornwell and More

Did you know that as of 2008, 44% of Americans believed God had created man in his present form within the last 10,000 years? Our topic is Science, Reason, and Superstitious Thinking ... and we'll touch on how this affects church and state issues.

Headlining the show is Dr. Elisabeth Cornwell, Executive Director of the Richard Dawkins Foundation for Reason and Science. The Foundation's mission is to "support scientific education, critical thinking and evidence-based understanding of the natural world in the quest to overcome religious fundamentalism, superstition, intolerance and human suffering."

We'll also be joined by staff members of the Secular Student Alliance, including Jesse Galef, Communications Director, and Ashley Paramore, Development Director, who is well known on YouTube as "Healthy Addict."
