100 Days of Giving Black with Marie Wright

Marie Wright, better known as "Free", is a Boston native, a radio and TV personality, producer, and philanthropist. She was the first host of BET's live music video countdown show “106 & Park” -- the network's number-one rated show. She was a disc jockey at KKBT 100.3's "The Beat" in Los Angeles and host of the "Ed Lover Morning Show" on Power 105 in New York City.

In addition to her work in radio and TV, Free founded the Free4Life Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people in Boston's underserved communities through programs that encourage literacy, financial education and the arts.
