During this show I will be interviewing Damon Washington of Djjantorial concerning "late entrepreneur bloomers" what that means, and the time it takes to come into your own when you are an entrepreneur. Damon has been in the janitorial business for over 15 years.

He is Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) certified.

Damon mothers started cleaning houses when he was around the age of 6 or 7. He always enjoy helping his mom clean and took notice of it.  Later as a preteen, with his mother, he started cleaning the Apparel Mart in Dallas TX. (Showroom floors).  In his early 20s his mother bought a commerical cleaning franchise which she later she gave him.  In 1997 Damon bought another franchise and stayed with that for 4 years.  In 2009 he joined his 3rd franchise and was very successful.  He started djjanitorial services, because he wanted to be closer to the customers and have more control over the money he made.  Damon has service over 300 accounts from daycares, hair salons, medical facilities, restaurants, lawyers’ offices, and elegant facilities.

Damon says, "I love doing janitorial cleaning.  I feel like I can be a service for those of the ones who has already had a hard day at work." His motto is Respectful, Reliable, Responsible...if there's a building that stands we clean it!"
