Donna Schwenk is the Kansas City Chapter leader for theWeston Price Foundation, a worldwide organization comprisedof people dedicated to restoring nutrient dense food to thehuman diet through education research and activism. She iscontinually teaching classes in the Kansas City area, toteach others what she has learned. She has been making andeating cultured foods since 2002.
