Disney's The Princess and the Frog

Disney has provided us with the most memorable fairytales of our childhood, most recently with their first black princess in the new film The Princess and the Frog. Not following their traditional formula of turning the frog into a handsome prince but instead turning the black princess into a frog. Is this offensive?
