Strategy 2 Work with Bemidji State University diversity recruiter to learn best practices.
Strategy 3 Identify and implement best practices for recruiting and retaining multicultural learners. Monitor and track enrollment and retention of multicultural learners.
Strategy 4 Provide increased information and assistive workshops and information events to increase access (reflected by increase in enrollment) for potential learners who need financial assistance, who are first generation college learners, who are learners of color, who are under-prepared for college and who are interested in programs non-traditional for their gender.
