There is no better time than now to change into Who you desire to be. Make the best of your life and do not just “settle”. When you believe that you can not have what you desire, you lack  faith in yourself and in the goodness of life; you settle for less. Better than nothing is not good enough. When you constantly tell yourself that things are fine, you soon forget that things could be better. “Settling” is accepting that you are undeserving of happiness. The way that you explain setbacks to yourself is important; learn to value the experience even if the outcome is less than that planned.  So, how do you get started creating the new and improved you? 

Declutter your home. Living in an untidy home can block positive energies from flowing through the house and create negative feelings and bad luck. This simple action can give you renewed energy and empower you to change your luck from bad to good. Remove any unwanted or disused items and give them away; throw them away,then give your house a thorough cleaning- clearing cobwebs and removing dust.Review your failures and mistakes over the last five years as lessons that give you opportunities for growth. Don't view challenges as negative reflections on your abilities or self-worth. Challenges in your life should not become paralyzing events. Commit to new goals and make them compelling reasons to get out of bed in the morning. Evaluate your commitments in relationships, friendships and religious/ spiritual beliefs.Practice imagining. If you could do or be anything, what would it be? What would your life look like if you could do or be what you’d LOVE? What step will you take today to move you closer to what you most desire?  Don’t spend time worrying about events which make you feel powerless. Create a space filled with joy for yourself.
