We continue talking about Healthy Choices in Caring and how to avoid Compassion Fatigue. We focus on knowing ourselves by recognizing our strengths and challenges.We will also be talking about healthy caregiving vs unhealthy caregiving and the Eight Laws Governing Healthy Change. We are using the Healthy Caregiving workbook by Patricia Smith. When we make healthy choices in caring for ourselves we find that we are able to care for others in a great way.
