When you think of starting a career, you often think of young people fresh out of college, getting their feet wet and their first introduction to the professional world. Yet and still a lot of older folks who have experienced career longevity and success want to do something new too.

However, starting over when you are older presents its share of challenges. When you have children or grandchildren or a mortgage, you really can't afford new career wages.
