While LGBT people continue to fight for the right to marry, the number of traditional marriages is in decline. Yet, this isn't stopping some women from saying "I do." They aren't waiting for the right guy to be their groom and life partner, they are forgoing the guy all together and marrying themselves.

Jean Day has a Masters in Psychology and has worked as both a therapist and a lecturer. She and I will be talking about this trend and what it means for the women who choose this option and those loved ones who are left scratching their heads when they get the invitation. Is it about self-love and empowerment? Is it about a perceived lack of good men? Is it narcisistic? We'll ask and answer those questions and more!
