My guest this week, Pat Murphy, defines old school. He's been a Real Estate Professional since 1955, a Real Estate Broker since 1960, and self employed since 1965. With over 53 years in the business, he's seen it all before. He's one of the busiest and happiest people I know in this economy, which is why I had to have him on.
