Call in to speak with the host
Today John continues the series describing each class in the Master's in Organizational Leadership program at Geneva College. This class is pivotal in the students' understanding of who they are and how their tendencies and personalities affect their leadership style and decision making. Today John is joined once again by MSOL faculty member Dr. Deborah Jeannett, along with four students: three professional women - Melissa Gutherie, Ashleigh McClelland and Dorothy Stubbs - and a male perspective with Greg Muha, who happened to be in John's cohort 82. Dr. Deb will share some of how she helped developed this course, and the students and alum will talk about their take aways from and what they learned about themselves in this course.
