    Short Sale Approval in 24 hours. Geno from Reno here. I submitted 5 short sale options for approval this Friday and was suprised that I got such a fast approval on one of them. Less then 24 hours.Not only did I get the short sale approval in 24 hours, but my realtor found an end buyer the very next day! I was blown away! It all comes down to Full Discloure before you submit for short sale approval. Everyone has to be on the same page. Another thing to think about is how much you should put in the amount of your option contract. You shouldn't be greedy and you should leave enough meat on the bone so all parties involved get a fair deal. Greed will kill a deal quick!
