Can Blacks be " DEPROGRAMED" after 400 years of being brainwashed?

Since the first african slave arrived on the soil of what we called the United States, blacks have been conditioned, oppressed, and brain washed into being the inferior race. A question is asked. Can blacks overcome 400 years of being programed to be an inferior and oppress race of people as a whole? Lets analyze this problem and find the real case and solution. Lets go to work on this.
