John Adams-Second U.S. President and Founding Father

This show is on a Saturday because yesterday was Independence Day here in America. And so from now on, depending on what's happening I'll be doing shows at those times.

When I was ten years old, my dad bought me a 50 cent book-the normal price for paperbacks in those days- called FACTS ABOUT THE PRESIDENTS by Joseph Nathan Kane, which I totally devoured reading it. It became the springboard for all my studies of U.S. presidents, and I still have that book today. Since it is the 4th of July weekend, I'm covering John Adams, our second president and a Founding Father today. Enjoy!
