Call in to speak with the host
Wednesday September 19, 2012@11:00 PM(pst) , KXRW 'S "Your Community Connection" Internet Radio Station presents... "To Protect And Serve Who?"Who really decides on the right for the justice? Is our fate in the hands of a jury of our peers? Or is there a secret arbitration agreement and or/ clause that prohibits tax paying citizens the right to hear their trials/ against their attackers in a court before a judge and jury, or is the case decided by the majority (?) or the size of the overcrowded back logged justice and penal system? Is the severity of the crime decided on the price tag of the local government assumes, or the people it doesn't protect but are forced to foot the bill? How is it a violent crime occurs, by a person with a history of violence and mental illness, along with witnesses ready to testify, and the weapon, be released and case dismissed over the weekend? Black on black crime acceptable? Brown on black negotiable? Or visa versa? Neighborhood or district of crime a factor? Even as a precaution not even a preliminary hearing? And what about contacting the victim to inform prisoners release? Tonight, a personal "Gena's Groove Theory". After being critically injured a week ago, I am back ! still healing and ready to talk about how police handled the case and the disturbing outcome. After assaulting me, took my keys, cell phone and wallet in front of witness (a registered nurse) to the whole incident, police failed to question, taking into custody the homeowner who accosted the assailant and retrieved the weapon for obstruction of justice. Was the crime scene as they called it, and everyone subject in the investigation? What has faulted me the right to proper legal mandate (state, local)being followed through?..Call (347)327-9517..
