My wife and I met up with Sue Badeau outside Atlanta one Saturday afternoon.  She graciously agreed to be interviewed about her work with adoptive and foster children and as a writer.  We talked about her involvement in the Sweetland series from Helping Hands Press and I play some excerpts from the two books I have recorded for her. Summer in Sweetland: Never Too Old and Roots and Wings at Loonstone Lake: Call of the Loon.  Thank you, “Dr.” Sue Badeau, for a wonderful Saturday afternoon and a fun interview.

Curt and Sandra Lovelace are veterans of over 30 years of pastoral and teaching ministry. Curt, who holds a Doctor of Ministry degree, has served as pastor and professor, while Sandra, with a Master’s degree in Education, has served at his side as education consultant. Their work together began at L’Abri Fellowship and has extended into the USA, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. During the Lovelaces’ child-raising years, they searched Scripture for a truly biblical approach to parenting. Now they are well-respected mentors for parents pursuing God’s call to disciple the next generation. The Lovelaces have also spent much of their 45+ years of marriage living amid other cultures, which has enriched their lives and given them love and appreciation for the diversity of God’s people. Currently making their home in Prague, Czech Republic, Curt and Sandra direct an international ministry through Lifework Forum (www.lifeworkforum.org).
